A wide range of hearing health care services is available for individuals of all ages.  Our experienced staff is skilled in the areas of both childhood and adult diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing instrument selection, the ability to establish improved communication skills through ongoing aural rehabilitation, as well as the provision of assistive listening technology (i.e. ALDs), and personalized hearing protection.  We work with most insurance providers, PPOs and HMOs. 

Hearing Aids

We offer a wide selection of the newest and best hearing instruments and digital technology from only the top manufacturers.   We work closely with you in personal partnership to find and assure the best solution for your hearing healthcare and communicative needs; and most importantly, we work comfortably within your budget.

Hearing Aid Evaluations 

Hearing aid evaluations are provided routinely to both evaluate and improve your current hearing instruments (if any), as well as select new hearing instruments, and to maintain their mutual ongoing intended hearing and communicative improvements.

Repairs

We repair and service ALL makes and models of hearing instruments quickly at a reasonable cost; and, if needed and available, we can provide you a loaner hearing instrument to use until yours returns.

Hearing Aid Manufacturer In-Warranty Repair Service:

If your hearing instrument requires servicing while it is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will take care of the necessary paperwork and shipping, and, if available, give you a loaner hearing instrument to use in the meantime.

Hearing Aid Out-of-Warranty Repair Service:

Generally most repairs to your hearing instruments can be done “In-House” at no charge, even if your hearing instrument(s) is out-of-warranty. 

However, if it is necessary to send the hearing instrument back to the manufacturer, we will first review your options with you in order to best repair and maximize the follow-up manufacturer warranty following such repairs, while minimizing your repair expense.

Custom Ear Molds and Hearing Protection

We provide custom-made hearing protection earmolds.  All noise exposure is potentially damaging to hearing, so whether your noise exposure comes from your work environment, recreationally or while you’re just hanging around, personalized custom earmolds can provide protection from noise that causes hearing loss.

Any earmolds necessary for the proper function of your hearing instruments are done through our office on your behalf.

Diagnostic and Hearing Instrument Healthcare Insurance Billing

We helpfully provide courtesy insurance billing for all our patients.  Insurance coverages include but are not necessarily limited to: Medicare, MediCal, most HMOs and PPOs, United, Aetna, Blue Cross, and Blue Shield. We also work with most Workers’ Compensation carriers. When calling for your appointment, please check to see if we cover your particular insurance provider.
